One magical part of setting up for Christmas each year is pulling out our Christian Christmas book collection!
I have to admit, ours is currently pretty small, but that’s because we only have young toddlers in the house currently. Over the years I hope to add a few books each year to the collection.
Reading Christmas books throughout the Christmas season is so beneficial for our children in so many ways! It allows them to discover “the reason for the season” themselves, gives them images to put to concepts like love and giving and helps them soak in the joy and magic of the season through their own imagination!
Books are a wonderful tool for children to discover things for themselves, and bringing out new books will be a fun addition to their day!
If you’re like me and want a list to return to each year of recommended Christian Christmas books to purchase, then don’t forget to save this blog post for later. I’ll be updating it as our family grows our collection and as new Christian Christmas books are released!
While not all the books are exclusively Christian, as in sharing the gospel message or mentioning Jesus, they may have strong morals or messages behind them that your family would enjoy. All the books are friendly for Christian families, but of course, do your own research before purchasing as well!
Let’s check them out…
