It has valuable information about eating the right foods, like meat, fruits, and vegetables, and avoiding the wrong foods, like sugar and processed food. It is packed full of recipes that are all easy to make and prepare.

 

I also appreciate the easy-to-read index in the back. When I have leftover meat in the fridge, I can flip to the back and find a recipe that uses that ingredient. Or, if I start having leg cramps, I can turn to the back and find a recipe or information that addresses that topic.

I wish I had this pregnancy cookbook in my hands during my first pregnancy. I was still working a corporate job then and it would have helped me a great deal with meal planning for the week.

 

The recipes are laid out so beautifully in this book! It would be a gorgeous addition to any kitchen.

I also love how these recipes have dietary labels so that it is easy to find a recipe that is dairy-free, or gluten-free for example.

 

Each recipe is simply laid out on a page and easy to follow. It also includes details on the nutritional facts, which can be really handy.
