The recipes that they prepare for month one, for example, are perfect for the development of your baby during that specific month! This pregnancy cookbook is simply beautiful! And, it’s also fun because it takes you week-by-week through your pregnancy. If you have a pregnancy app, then simply use this cookbook right alongside it!
It has valuable information about eating the right foods, like meat, fruits, and vegetables, and avoiding the wrong foods, like sugar and processed food. It is packed full of recipes that are all easy to make and prepare.
I also appreciate the easy-to-read index in the back. When I have leftover meat in the fridge, I can flip to the back and find a recipe that uses that ingredient. Or, if I start having leg cramps, I can turn to the back and find a recipe or information that addresses that topic.

This book, like many of the other pregnancy cookbooks, is not just a cookbook but also has so much valuable information on diet and nutrition. First-time moms especially have a learning curve when it comes to staying healthy during pregnancy and this is the perfect book for them!
I wish I had this pregnancy cookbook in my hands during my first pregnancy. I was still working a corporate job then and it would have helped me a great deal with meal planning for the week.

I especially love that there is a whole chapter on prep-ahead meals so that you can prepare for the baby’s arrival! No one wants to worry about things like making nutritious meals when instead you could be cuddling that brand new baby of yours.
I also love how these recipes have dietary labels so that it is easy to find a recipe that is dairy-free, or gluten-free for example.
